It’s a bit of a short week for us this week, so here is the game plan. Last week we had vegetables, vegetables, and more vegetables – so this week I’m going to follow it up with steak, steak, and more meat. Happy cooking!

I’m trying to keep it simple this week. After traveling over the weekend, it feels like I’m playing catch-up all week. Hopefully have these easy meals to fix for dinner will help make it less stressful to feed my boys:

Wednesday: Stuffed Baked Potatoes
