Menu Plan – Week of April 3

It’s a bit of a short week for us this week, so here is the game plan. Last week we had vegetables, vegetables, and more vegetables – so this week I’m going to follow it up with steak, steak, and more meat. Happy cooking!

Monday – Salsa verde steak in the slow cooker

Tuesday - Oven Baked Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

Wednesday – Layered Penne with Ham, Mushrooms, & Peas

Thursday – Country Fried Steak with Rice and Green Beans

Friday – Eating out :-)
